I absolutely loved Dr. Okasi and her entire office. I have been looking for a good OB since moving to the Baltimore area. Dr. Okasi's office were full of wonderful kind people. Dr. Okasi was very personable and while I was a new patient she talked to me like we were old friends.

Dr. Chetanna Okasi is a board certified gynecologist treating patients in Howard County and the greater Washington D.C. area. She is the founder and medical director of Women’s Wellness MD with locations in Columbia and Greenbelt, providing a wide range of gynecology services to women.
Having graduated from the prestigious Harvard University, Dr. Okasi attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York City, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. While there, she received the Resident Research Forum Award. She has produced a number of papers on topics ranging from the effects of smokeless tobacco to the predictive value of race and gender in fetal lung maturity tests. She has presented at the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Annual Clinical Meeting.
Dr. Okasi has also been active in volunteer work. She has traveled to West Africa to provide care in the maternity and child health wards of Royal Victoria Hospital, Banjul, Gambia. She has also done medical missions with a team of physicians to provide free medical services to rural parts of Nigeria. She also co-founded and directed the Adolescent Health Education and Development (AHEAD) program in St. Thomas, USVI, a school-based health program.
She is happily married with two children and continues to be involved in community outreach projects involving women’s health and awareness.
