*Janssen and Moderna COVID vaccines are now available at my office. If you do not have insurance or we are not in your insurance network, there is a $100 office visit charge.*
I am a primary care physician who is board certified in internal medicine. I treat all kinds of medical conditions with many years of clinical experience. Due to overwhelming demands for controlled medications, we are currently not accepting any new patient with ADD, anxiety disorder and chronic pain syndrome.
Our practice will continue to practice social distancing and contact precaution until an effective vaccine is available. Outside and private waiting areas are available upon request. Facial covering is mandatory in our office. Any patient who has active upper respiratory symptoms such as sneezing and coughing is advised to stay home and will be evaluated virtually. Virtual consultation for most medical conditions is also available. We also encourage patients to complete and submit medical forms electronically and to bring their own pens.
