Dr Radhakrishnan was super nice and listened to my concerns, validating them and also correcting a previous slight misdiagnosis. I was able to get the outcome I was hoping for in the appointment and would recommend it to others.

Everyone at the clinic was very nice. The doctor truly listened to me and checked many things to try and help with my concern. However, the front desk did not inform me that I would be charged a fee just for my prescription. It was waived but that was after complaining to more than one person about it. people should be informed about this before they go, in case they cannot afford to pay that. That wasn't fair. they did waive it, so I appreciate it, but I was very upset.

The office experience itself was good, but I had one follow up question about her recommended course of action. I have called the office 3 times over the past week and still have not received a call back. Follow through if care is lacking.
