I was in the office for 4 hours. Wait time is ridiculous and I wasn’t even seen for what I came in for. Do not go here.
My experience with the staff was satisfactory, I was treated with respect by everyone, I trust Dr. Klein with my eyes.

Horrible. Wait time was over 3 hours. The women who did my contact lens script was awful. She literally asked me what my script was and then told me she could change it if it made my life easier to be the same strength in both eyes. When I told her I just wanted it to be accurate, she doubled down. The whole office is confusing. You are seen by 4 people and keep going back and waiting. The doctor was fine but also a bit strange - he asked to put my cell number in his cell? I am not sure why that would be necessary. The front desk did not know what to charge me either. It took 3 staff members to check me out. It was an awful experience all around.
Best!

Dr. Klein is a very professional and compassionate physician. He took his time to thoroughly check my vision and was very kind to me. I would highly recommend his office. The entire team was very nice and caring.
Great staff, great doctors, long ass wait time
This was my first appointment and I was surprised by the long wait. Once I saw Dr. Klein, however, I knew I would be willing to wait double the time to see him. He is thorough and caring and a very nice man. He went way above and beyond to make sure I get the proper diagnosis and necessary treatment
Good experience- very thorough and professional.
Dr Klein was very courteous and listened to my concerned. He did a thorough examination of my eyes. He took time to explain my eyesight's issues and gave me the appropriate referral.

Very thorough.
Very lovely office and staff. Very thorough with the number of tests that were taken. Dr. Klein was very patient, kind and very provided a plan with a follow up. He was very informative and he was able to explain the diagnosis and prognosis to me in a way that was understandable. I would highly recommend Dr. Klein and his staff and office.
I was treated with respect and dignity there! Since I am on Medicare and Medicaid and I am not a senior, most other offices treat me as a 2nd hand citizen and like garbage! But in this office I was treated very nicely and all my needs and expectations were not only met but exceeded! Thank you!

This review is based on my initial exams in April and a follow up exam in August 2022. Dr. Klein is an absolutely amazing eye doctor. I have seen many others but he was BY FAR the most thorough one. He walked me through the exam step by step and explained everything. He identified existing eye concerns that other doctors never brought to my attention. His staff is amazing as well. Everyone is pleasant and professional. Previously, I went through 3 different contact brands which all gave me severe eye irritation and dryness. Dr Klein's team recommended a brand that I am able to wear daily. Thank you. He also took the extra step of asking about my overall health and personally made me an appointment with a great doctor to address my issues. He gave me great recommendations for other specialists as well. I am so thankful to be under the care of Dr Klein. He is very calm and puts the patient at ease.

Doctor Klein and his staff are incredible. Professional, kind and friendly, the staff at VRMNY are very well trained and use the latest diagnostic tools to determine any issues (or even anticipate any issues). After years of going to this practice, I am always confident in their assessments of my vision needs.
Dr. Klein was extremely knowledgeable and thorough regarding my issue. He was great at explaining all of the exams that he was performing and walking me through any imaging that he took. He literally called another specialist at a totally different office for me, to expedite scheduling an appointment with them on my behalf, as a follow-up to my appointment, since my issue was outside of his main area expertise. He also followed up with me directly to see how I was doing after our appointment. I was extremely impressed and appreciative of his level of care for me, especially since I was a first-time patient. We need more doctors like him!

Dr. Klein is very "real" and personable & puts you at ease. This is very important. He is also very thorough & does not rush the patient and listens.
