I was greeted immediately upon entering the reception area and checked in. The personality of Dr Eze is just refreshing. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as though i was talking to a close friend. No anxiety on my part and those are few when seeing a Dr! I would highly recommend her to Family and friends! :)

I am Dr. Chizimako Eze. I usually go by Chizim Eze. I am a family nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing practice. My concentration is on weight loss as well as on chronic disease management. I also specialize in health and wellness, and in helping clients who are struggling with weight loss by using a personalized nutrition and fitness plan and medications as needed to help our clients feel more confident, sleep better, feel less anxious, improve their body image, and also help them experience a better quality of life.
