I was very pleased on how she was clear and understanding to my circumstance. She didn't just listen to me, she heard what I was saying and showed concern. She didn't just say to me okay, okay, okay. I'm going to write you a prescription for pain and send me on my way. She understood that I was in a lot of pain and made sure that before I left I was content. Making sure my pain was going to subside later on with the care she had given me.

I was very surprised they got there about 15 minutes early for my appointment and five minutes later they got me to the back to see the doctor. Usually you wait in the room and it takes 15 to 20 minutes before somebody comes and sees you but I was surprised again a few minutes later they came to see me. It was a great experience.

Overall great experience. Finding the provider and scheduling the appointment was simple through Zocdoc. Wait time was negligible from start to finish of the appointment as a new patient. I stayed an adequate amount of time for the reason of my visit. I was able to even take care of a different matter relating to allergies on the same visit. Will continue care through this provider for the foreseeable future.
