I visited the website, booked an appointment and I had a call back right. Going to the urgent care for a consult would've taken hours before seeing a provider but pleasantview health made it very easy for me to get a prescription.

Elizabeth was respectful and polite! She was warm, attentive, and genuinely present in a way I honestly didn’t expect from a virtual visit. From the second she appeared on the screen, I felt like I was talking to someone who truly cared about what I was going through.
She didn’t rush a single thing. She listened and made me feel understood, not judged. What really stood out was how human she is. She was kind, reassuring, and easy to talk to — the kind of doctor who makes you feel like you’re in safe hands even through a laptop screen. When we finished the call, I literally said out loud, “Wow… that was the best doctor experience I’ve ever had.”
If you’re considering a virtual visit with her, do it. She’s exceptional, and I’m genuinely grateful I found her. ??

She listens, explains things clearly, and gives guidance that actually fits my lifestyle. I never felt judged or rushed—she’s patient, supportive, and truly wants you to succeed. Every visit feels encouraging, and she celebrates every win with you. I’m really grateful for her care and would definitely recommend her to anyone trying to get healthier.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Liz at Pleasant View Health! I recently went in feeling extremely weak and run down, and when my chart numbers came back, they showed just how low my vitamin levels actually were. Liz immediately took action and got me started on vitamin D shots and B12 to give my body the boost it desperately needed.
Now, I absolutely hate shots — but Liz made the entire process so comfortable and reassuring. She walked me through everything step by step, kept me calm, and truly cared about how I was feeling the whole time. Her professionalism, kindness, and confidence made all the difference.
Thanks to her, I’m already feeling stronger and more energized. She is truly amazing at what she does, and I’m so grateful I found her. Highly recommend Liz to anyone needing real care with a personal touch! ??
