I got to my appointment early and after entering minimal electronic health and insurance info was taken to a room. Within 20 minutes Dr. Hart came in, which was still only 15 minutes after my appointment time. She is very personable and it was easy to discuss my issues with her. I did not feel rushed. She explained everything in simple terms so when I left her office I understood what to do and what to expect.

An Austin native who joined our practice in 2007, Chris has a special interest in minimally-invasive pelvic surgery and exercise and nutrition during pregnancy. Dr. Hart was kind and pleasant to work with. She asked all the normal questions and listened to my concerns. She came off a little condescending at one point but I wasn't sure if it was intentional. No worries. I will be seeing her again in the future for prenatal care.

She is amazing! I am glad that she takes the time to listen to you and explain your options. It was super busy but everyone from the reception to the nurses are always so nice and let you know if there is a small delay. My nurse is always great she even takes the time to tell you simple things like not just what your blood pressure is but that it is normal. I never mind waiting a little longer because I know that Dr. Hart and her staff must give this high quality of service to all of their patients. I enjoy Dr. Hart and all of her staff being so easy to work with and making me feel comfortable in a doctors office. Thanks for taking those extra couple of steps to make sure I have a good experience!

She was rushed and felt my problem was someone else's. The exam and meeting was very short and I feel she did not listen to all my statements about my condition. Maybe I am wrong! But she is a wonderful nice lady, I just want another opinion!

Dr Hart is far and away the best OB/GYN I've ever seen. She spends time with you and never is rushed. She actively listens. The staff at the office including nurses, medical assistants and front desk receptionists are polite, caring and professional. The office is immaculate. Wifi in waiting area is a plus.

She was really nice and efficient once she came into the exam room. I had a wait time of about 15 minutes from when the nurse left until she came in, so I learned not to schedule appointments back to back since it took almost an entire hour there when the zoc doc allowed only 30 min for scheduling my appointment.

Dr. Hart was very nice and made me feel at ease right away. She thoroughly and honestly answered all the questions I had, and I feel as though an ongoing doctor/patient relationship has officially begun (which is great timing since I am trying to get pregnant!). The medical assistant and the ladies at the front desk were also very helpful and I didn't feel as if things were rushed or hectic at all, even though they pretty were busy that afternoon. The location itself has a very clean and modern interior and doesn't have that sad "medical" feel that most waiting areas have. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Hart in the future!
