I came to Dr. Charbonnet to relieve foot pain. I received relatively attentive service from the doctor, was sent for xrays and was fitted for insoles upon it being determined I had flat feet. About a month later after my calling the office to check to see if my custom insoles had arrived, I returned to be fitted only to find out that the insoles did not fit. They were sent back to the manufacturer and I was told I should have a new pair within a few weeks....five months later, I have no insoles, I have left messages at the doctor's office with no response and have heard nothing since. It's very disappointing. I'm now wearing insoles from a drug store...
