I would definitely recommend Danada Vision Care. Dr. Burch is knowledgeable and takes time to explain each procedure, the staff is helpful and professional, and the selection of frames is excellent.

He is very kind. Takes the time to explain things so you understand them. The women at the front desk were also very nice. I am going to bring my children there for their next appointments

Dr. Burch has been in private practice since 1991 where he purchased the long established practice in Villa Park, IL. In 1998, he was brought on as an associate at Danada Vision Center and in 2006, he purchased the practice as well. Dr. Burch’s specialties include the fitting of contact lenses, including those for Keratoconus, dry eye treatment and management, and co-management of cataract surgery and Lasik surgery performed through the Fox Valley Laser Center.
Dr. Burch is a native of Naperville, IL where he resides with his wife, Dr. Lydia Sosenko, a general dentist, their two daughters, and their rescued dog, Meeko. He graduated from Naperville North High School in 1983 and obtained his Bachelor’s degree from North Central College. His Doctor of Optometry degree is from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL in 1991.
In his spare time, Dr. Burch enjoys golfing and scuba diving. In the 19 years that Dr. Burch has been in practice, he has developed strong professional associations within his offices.

I think the Dr. is very knowledgeable and professional. I've been going there for 3 years now and he said "nice to meet you" when we sat down. Simply looking at the chart should show my history.
I also don't think they do a good job of running through charges and explaining things. I was charged for a "contact fitting" and there was no explanation why and the receptionist was no assistance. I called another eye doctor and explained my concern, and they explained the process and why it's separate from the exam. Also last year, in the pre-screening the took a photo of my eye but didn't explain this, and then offered me the option of this new technology for a fee. Seemed a little backwards, this year they did it without even asking and charged me double without asking me first at all.
It's just in and out. While I like the location and service, I think I'll go elsewhere in the future.
