This provider was very kind and patient. She explained everything to me before doing anything. The office was a bit hard to find and the receptionist wasn’t picking up the phone to help locate the office, also you do have to pay for parking here. However, the office itself was very clean and had very kind staff.

The office was very clean, once arriving for the appointment it didn’t take long to be seen, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the dr herself was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

The office staff and the doctor were both awesome. They were friendly and informative and when I spoke to my new gynecologist, she had a good sense of humor and related to me by sharing interest in a book I brought with me to my visit.

Dr.Gutierrez was one of the best woman’s doctor ever. Very good bedside manner.
I will be recommending her to every woman i know looking for a ob/gynecologist.

I had to change doctors because my provider of 19 years retired. I was so impressed by this doctor/office/lab staff! Everyone was friendly and efficient, but thorough, and paid great attention to customer service. Online check-in was great, front desk staff were pleasant and chwcked in with me on how long it would be before my appointment started (I only waited 5 minutes). The nurse who did my new patient interview was so nice and welcoming. The doctor was attentive and down-to-earth. She even saw me waiting for my labs after the actual appointment and voluntarily checked with office staff to see how much longer it would be (again, had a short wait time for the lab). I had a prescription that needed to be refilled. Not 3 minutes after my appointment, the pharmacy texted me that they had received the request. After my lab appointment, I had to walk back through the doctor’s lobby and the front desk staff said goodbye and addressed me by name! I felt like I was seen and heard, not a #.

So if you’re interested in tubal ligation/sterilization. Don’t come here. I was asked about my mental illness medications and asked about a resent cat scratch on my arm. And was denied tubal ligation/sterilization but still charged for my consultation. I’m sure the doctor is great and has good intentions but it felt that she inserted herself into my life and personal decisions. And I felt judged and felt that she didn’t think I could make this decision for myself when I’ve known that I haven’t wanted children for almost 10 years now and didn’t want to take birth control or have to worry about this mishaps of birth control, not even mentioning the very real possibility of sexual assault. I was let down and very disappointed with my experience. I feel she should specify that she will not preform this procedure on an age group with out exhausting all the birth control options. Which I get but I said I was not interested and she did not trust me to make my own decision. That was hurtful.

Office was nice and masks were required which I didn’t know but they gave me one. Receptionist and nurse staff communicated clearly throughout the appointment. Dr. Gutierrez was very nice and listened to my concerns. Will be returning.

I loved Dr. Gutierrez and she was very attentive to me. I just wish I hadn’t waited for an hour to see her. That said, once I was called back I was out of the office in less than half an hour.

It was such a great experience. she was so personable and we talked almost the whole time I was in. she listened and gave great advice to all the things I wasn't sure about. i will definitely be coming back because it was the most comfortable doctors appointment I have ever been to.
