This office is a joke. There only a student doing exams - the md won’t see you. The wait is ridiculous. It takes over a week results and they won’t upload them tot he portal. I had to walk in just to get results. The front staff office is very unpleasant. Save your time book somewhere else.

The doctor was not present at my scheduled appointment. I was asked to come back in the following morning first thing”first appointment”. I expressed concerns with other obligations. They ensured me I’d be first appointment. The doctor was not present in office the following morning. I waited an hour and he was still not in office. They had no urgency or concern in a highly time sensitive matter.

Everyone was professional and polite but cold no real bad side manner clear cut straight to the point I miss the days when you had one provider who knew you everything so impersonal now. Robotic its just a job feels like they don't care really.
