My appointment with Christina began as soon as I walked through the door. She was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience and learned tons about nutrition I didn't know before. She was very specific in breaking down my diet to work with my personal lifestyle as far as my schedule and goals. I had a great weight loss consultation and feel like I am on the right track to become more healthy and more in shape than ever before! Definitely reccommend Christina Lin and will be back for a follow up!
