Dr. Lusk is an amazing physician and an asset to our community. You never feel rushed and walk out knowing you received the best care possible from a doctor who truly cares about her patients. First I got a call saying that she doesn’t know the “system” allowed me to make 4:15 appt. because they do not take patients that late so I had to switch my appt to a different time luckily I was home sick anyway. The service in that office is mediocre at best. They lost paperwork and had inexperienced people working there. Doctor is mediocre at best

Dr Lusk is a very kind and patient doctor. She listens to you and has a great blend of a professional and personal approach. Anytime I’ve gone to see her I’ve been seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time except for one time when they squeezed me in because I was very ill. I highly recommend her.

As a future medical professional I was a bit forgiving of how curt the staff was over the phone, but I feel people not in the medical field will see it as intentionally rude.
Dr. Lusk-Caceres herself was great. She had excellent bed side manner and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to family/friends.
