I recently saw Dr. Nilam Srivastava, MD, whom I found on Zocdoc, and I couldn't be more grateful. She was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout my entire visit, and I truly felt listened to. Dr Nilam Srivastava took time in reviewing my medical history. My previous PCP has retired so this was my first visit. She listened to my concerns and provided her medical opinions. I was comfortable since she smiled a lot. The staff were really nice starting from the receptionist to the nurse who took my vitals and administered flu shot.

Dr. Srivastava was very thorough in my first visit with her, and avery nicel personality. Not knowing too much about her, I felt very comfortable with her. The staff also was very friendly. She has a good group of employees, and the office is very clean!! That's something that is important factor for me

She's been my Dr. for a few years. I've had better, more attentive, more thorough Drs before. It's gone downhill over the last couple years and each visit I keep feeling like I'm a new patient and not in the good way. I'm going to start looking for the other Drs again. At the rate that the insurance companies are being billed nowadays, your standards should be higher. I feel like any day I could drop dead of a heart attack and yep, it was right there in the charts.... what good does that do for you when you're dead?
