If you are looking for a great ENT doctor, I wholeheartedly recommend that you book an appointment with Dr. Christine Gilliam. Not only is she a great doctor but she is also wonderful at explaining all aspects of your checkup and any procedures. Very thorough follow up appointments. Nice office environment, and awesome support staff.

Dr Gilliam was very kind and attentive to my son. He's 10, autistic and non-verbal, but she was very mindful of his comfort level and did not push him when he started showing discomfort. She spoke very kindly to him and explained everything well. She seems to much rather prefer doing things right and with the patient's best interests in mind. Thank you

Dr. Christine Gilliam was born in Weslaco, Texas and raised in South and Central Texas. For college, she attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where she graduated magna cum laude along with honors in biology.
After receiving her Bachelor of Science in Biology, Dr. Gilliam went on to medical school at the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio.
While in medical school Dr. Gilliam was inducted into AOA, the International Medical Honor Society. Then it was on to her internship in general surgery and residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at The University of Missouri Hospitals and Clinics.
During her residency training, Dr. Gilliam had the privilege to train under some of the top otolaryngologists in the country and present groundbreaking research at international meetings.
Though Missouri was nice, Dr. Gilliam was excited to return home to Texas to start my practice and raise my family.

I have seen Dr. Gilliam for three different concerns. She is knowledgeable, very nice always diagnosis correctly the first time.

Dr. Christine Gilliam diagnosed my malignant cancer immediately (sinus) after one CT Scan. She recognized that the tumor was advanced and ordered an MRI and recognized how fast the tumor was growing. She then went the extra mile to advocate for me to be seen immediately by a Head and Neck oncology specialist. I was diagnosed with a rare cancer, sino-nasal undifferentiated carcinoma. I was at stage four and inoperable. My prognosis was only weeks to live without emergency chemotherapy in an attempt to stop the growth. That was 2 and one half years ago. I continue to be cancer free. Without Dr. Gilliam’s experience, expertise, proactive treatment and quick action it’s very likely I would not have seen today. I am grateful to the Lord for gifting Dr. Gilliam with all of her brilliant knowledge, skills and abilities as well as directing me to exactly the person I needed to see.
