Dr. Paoletti is an Anti-Aging, Bioidentical Hormone Specialist, who has been in practice for 30 years. She is one of Santa Monica’s Best Doctors and has been studying endocrinology for 40 years.
These 40 years of study were spent at a wide variety of schools, studying many diverse areas of medicine. Among the educational institutions that she attended were (1) UCI for undergrad degrees – studying engineering and mathematics for 2 years then switched to major in biological science and minor in psychology, (2) Berkeley (PhD work), and (3) Master’s work at UCLA and California State University at Fullerton. Her MD was completed at UCI and her residency, four years of clinical study, were completed at UCLA four years later. It would be challenging to find a physician in practice who is as familiar with so many different areas of medicine. This diversity in interests has given her a wealth of knowledge and she is not afraid of “difficult” cases.
Getting the problems identified and the proposed treatments listed, Dr. Paoletti usually spends hours listening to her patients during their first visits. She incorporates recent advances in diverse areas of medicine and provides a mix of western, and alternative treatments – all of which are well researched and science based solutions.
Dr. Paoletti has been featured in a number of books: “Change Your Brain, Change Your Body”, by Daniel Amen; “Breakthrough”, and “Knockout”. She is respected by many long-term patients as well as her peers. Her expertise has brought referrals to her practice, many of which come from long distances. She sees patients referred from most of the states in the US and more than a dozen other countries.
