Dr. Wu was absolutely excellent. Having the lab work done on site was simple and she was the best provider I have been to in New York so far. I would highly recommend especially for young women and those looking to speak with a provider to achieve a comprehensive overview of their health.

Christine Wu was wonderful. My only complaint is that lab work needed to be done at a separate facility. Since this was just an annual physical, all I accomplished during this visit was a general consultation and getting my heart rate checked. I had to make another appointment, call another office, take another half day off, etc. to actually complete the physical and get my blood work done. Very frustrating and would have booked another location if I had known this.

After receiving her BS in Biology at Duke University, she was awarded her medical degree from Wake Forest School of Medicine and completed her residency in Family Medicine at Novant Health in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Wu was pleasant and knowledgeable. She asked relevant questions about my medical history and made suggestions for what I needed to do going forward. Dr. Wu provided me with referrals for important test needed for future diagnosis’s. The actual physical exam was smooth. Dr. Wu asked pertinent questions throughout the exam and took notes. I haven’t had an exam of this caliber in a long time.

There was a little bit of a wait while in the room, and additionally for blood work, but having it all done at the same time and location was definitely preferable to other doctors I've had.

Dr. Wu was great - professional, informative & easy to understand which made her easy to talk to. She also explained best methods of booking follow up appts, navigating MyChart, etc. All the staff was equally as informative & helpful with any questions Or requests too. One note was not recommending a colonoscopy until the recommended age although I’m in a high risk group. It’s a tough call so not a dealbreaker for me.

I had my first visit with Dr. Wu for an annual exam. Even though I was a little late to my appointment, I was seen within 5-10 min of arriving in the office. Dr. Wu has a nice bedside manner, and she spent more time than I expected for an annual exam. She provided recommendations and informed me of other services that she could provide. I’m looking forward to working with her to improve my health and wellness; I feel in really good hands.

Dr. Wu is probably the friendliest and most patient doctor I've come across in years. I did not feel like she wanted to rush me out for a single second (which happens with most of the doctors). She was clear and patient with her explanations, helpful with any needed prescriptions and very willing with preventative care/blood tests as well as potential future needs. Cannot recommend her enough, and I feel truly fortunate to have found her for my PCP.

I had a really good experience. It was my first time and the wait wasn’t bad at all. The reception staff was professional and friendly. The doctor was attentive and thorough. She put me at ease.

My visit was great. Dr. Wu and all of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly. There was a bit of a wait at every step from when I arrived to the building and went through COVID protocol and made it upstairs to check in with the medical office. I waited another 20 minutes before I was seen, then another 15-20 minute wait after my vitals were taken before I saw the doctor. My total visit took well over an hour which isn't terrible but something to keep in mind if you're tight on time.
