Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I made an appointment and never got the link to join the session. I called the office to let them know I never got the link and the front desk informed me the provider was busy and will be sending it shortly. I then proceeded to wait another 30 minutes no link or follow up call was given to me to let me know about my appointment. I then proceeded to call 3 more times and left a message and no one has gotten back to me or has provided me an email follow up letting me know my appointment was canceled or rescheduled. I believe this is poor practice and I will not be working with this provider again.

The office contacted me to try to book appointments with them directly on their website. The nurse practitioner showed up 15 minutes late to our appointment and our appointment was less than six minutes total. She didn't really care to ask questions and kept asking me if I had any more questions even though she should've been leading the call.
