I rarely leave reviews. The dr. was great, this site not so much. I was very upset when I arrived.Because zokdock said, I was seeing a specialist, a spine specialist which is what I told my job. Again. This is the . But I needed to be seen, and I thought that'd be nurse was very nice and understanding when I explained the situation. We actually had a nice conversation and she told me that people have come in to see many kinds of specialists. ZocDoc needs to fix that or the site is useless. The doctor and I spoke about it as well. He also explained what I need to do after this, offered a list of specialist doctors, knew of the other one I mentioned, told me what my likeliest options would end up being. He answered every question i had. He was young and informative and friendly. He has a private practice, which means no access to hospital records. I asked if I could email some papers from the hospital. I have made him my primary doctor. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly, professional. Perfect

The doctor paid full attention to my description of symptoms. His synopsis of the possibilities was very clear and comprehensive. I walked out of the office, knowing that there was potentially more than one possible issue at hand and felt relieved that an easy diagnosis was not the goal of the doctors conclusions. The appointment was all I had hoped for as I left with a clear understanding of the next steps, and the assorted possible courses of treatment that lie ahead.
