Office staff was great, very pleasant environment. Dr. Kolstad answered every question, explained the need for each fact of the work he recommended. No sense of up-selling or pushing any product or procedure (unlike the first Dr. I consulted with about treatment elsewhere). Had numerous examples of cases like mine and I left convinced this was the right place to go.

This was my first visit. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kolstad was very nice and explained everything in detail. I was somewhat nervous but he made me feel very comfortable; it did not feel rushed. He was also able to provide before and after photos of his work which was helpful.

Dr. Kolstad, Laura and Jaina his patient care coordinators are absolutely the best. From the moment I contacted their office I knew I had made the right choice (after much research) this was my first time doing any cosmetic procedure and was extremely nervous about any pain and the outcome (all what ifs).
Appointment day came... I was amazed at how smoothly everything went from checking in with Laura to seeing Dr. Kolstad. I was extremely appreciative with the amount of time Dr. Kolstad took to explain the product and procedure, and then patiently answered all of my questions. Never did I feel rushed or feel as though I was asking a "dumb" question. I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
I truly feel blessed to have found Dr. Kolstad. I love the results of my lip augmentation. He gave me back natural plump looking lips that overtime age had taken away from me. The results are amazing yet not overdone, exactly what I wanted! I will without a doubt have Dr. Kolstad perform future facial procedures I might be considering. I have complete trust in Dr. Kolstad.
