He then served as an optometrist with the United States Navy. Dr. Palmer also holds his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University.
Dr. Palmer practices at Fremont Family Vision and is member of the American Academy of Optometry. He previously served as an adjunct professor at the Southern California College of Optometry and the University of Missouri. During his service with the United States Navy, Dr. Palmer was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal and the Navy Achievement Medal.
Outside of practicing optometry, Dr. Palmer enjoys playing the French horn with area music ensembles such as the Portland Wind Symphony. Dr. Palmer believes in listening to each patient and creating a partnership to maintain and improve lifelong health.
