Dr. Tsang was able to help us get needed answers after many other doctors brushed us off and didn't take our concerns very seriously. An experienced ear, nose, and throat doctor, Dr. Christopher Tsang earned his medical degree from Tufts University and a residency in otolaryngology at Tufts Medical Center, where he served as a chief resident. He is also fluent in English, Spanish, and Mandarin as well as Cantonese Chinese, which makes him widely accessible to patients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Tsang is proficient in managing ear infections, hearing problems, sore throat, tonsillitis, and vocal cord problems. I was initially on guard when I saw the ENT office was also a plastic surgeon and they had those "Washintonian Best Doctors" plaques plastered all over the walls, since those "ratings" are BS paid marketing. BUT the staff were pleasant and Dr. Tsang went to a great school (Tufts) so I reserved judgment. Ultimately, my visit went great. Dr. Tsang was awesome - both competent and warm. My visit was relatively straightforward, but he was attentive, thorough, and happy to answer all my questions. I felt very at ease and am confident choosing him for an upcoming surgery. Highly recommend - though I'll certainly update if he jacks up my face during surgery or something ;)

I am usually very nervous about doctors in America. And I have been searching for good ENT for a long time now.
Dr. Tsang was very attentive and communicative. I like that he was listening to me and was answering my questions. It was nice to feel like I was able to have a conversation with the doctor, instead of just being rushed out the office, prescribed meds or exams without even knowing what’s clearly going on. Good visit! It was like a month wait for an opening, but it was totally worth it!

So warm and fun in addition to his in depth knowledge base The office staff, the audiologist that did my daughters hearing evaluation, every step was great and as a mother of chronically ill child, I have a lot to compare it to.
