I think he was sincere about helping me and he prioritized my issues and treated what he thought was most serious first. I had not been to a doctor since mine retired 3 years ago. He was never overwhelmed and I have future appointments for maintenance of my health. He actually walked me to the front desk to schedule them so I feel he is with me all the way through my journey.

Dr. Tan is one of the best physicians I have had in years, unfortunately my front office experience was very poor. I was caught in traffic and tried calling the Ft. Wayne location to let them know I was going to be 5 minutes late. I was put on hold for 4 minutes with an operator from, I assume, Indianapolis who had to call Ft. Wayne and then was told they could not hold my appointment as I was in the parking lot of the office. I believe I checked in 4 minutes late and was told I could not be seen. I said I had to be seen for an illness. I was seen after 2 other patients. Very poor customer service for an ill patient.

Very pleased with the whole experience. From the time we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and treated very well. The nurse was very professional and friendly as was the Tech. Dr. Tan was amazing!! I was very pleased with his approach and his clinical assessment of my son's medical issues. He included us in the decision/plan and was very respectful of our input.
