I highly suggest going through Cindy for psychiatric care! I was thoroughly impressed by how kind she was and her professionalism. If you set up an appointment through Zocdoc be sure to call their office as well because they may not be notified of your appointment.

I feel like these questions don’t really apply b/c it was suppose to be a video visit but I just got a phone call, 3 hours after my scheduled appt. I can’t talk very loud due to a car wreck but I’m sick now and she had a hard time understanding me. So the call was pretty short but she did call in my refills and hopefully next month it will go better. This is not a bad review b/c she did finally call me and tried to understand me the best she could and she did get my refills called in. I like Cindy but I think there are still some bugs that need to be worked out.

Do not recommend this facility for treatment of any kind, as others have mentioned u can never reach anyone on the phone and if they do show up to your appointment they are always 1-2 hours behind , over the past couple of months my appointments have been cancelled rescheduled or no one showed up at all, extremely un professional practice and they are playing with people’s lives by neglecting medication refills and follow up visits. Have scheduled an appointment through another practice . This whole experience can be summed up as ridiculous

I have been trying to get a prescription refilled for 4 days. I cannot reach anyone over the phone after calling hundreds of times, and the provider never showed up to my video appointment. The one time someone did answer the phone, they identified themselves as the provider but then later told me they were not.

Less than 20 minute phone consultation for too much you know what. They'll reject my review if I put down what I'm talking about, but I'm also no ins. We're talking about half a stim check. They didn't tell me until after the fact, which is my fault. Was it worth it? I would say yes for now. My impressions is they're a great group that actually listens and understands. Hopefully it won't be like this everytime I need a refill because I do like them and want them long term.

I really appreciate how she let me pour my heart out without looking at the clock. My first appointment, I was in there a solid hour and a half, Her last appointment of the day, with no mention of “time’s up”. She also remembered something I said briefly a month ago, so it made me feel like she actually listened and I wasn’t just a dollar sign. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime!!
