About Georgina Thompson

Born in South Carolina and raised in Central Florida, Georgina Thompson brings over two decades of nursing experience and a deep dedication to community wellness. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida State University in Tallahassee, graduating Cum Laude, and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at South University in Savannah, Georgia.
She was drawn to nursing and advanced practice because it provides the opportunity to promote health and wellness across all stages of life. Georgina chose primary care as her specialty because she believes it plays a vital role in managing and improving the overall health of her community. For her, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing patients’ health improve through consistent guidance and treatment.
Outside of work, Georgina enjoys family vacations to Disney World, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with friends and family. A proud Florida native, she is married with four sons and one daughter.
