It was easy to set up a tele-appointment. I appreciated the text reminders of the start time. The doctor, Dr. Shukla, was very professional, friendly, and helpful. She explained the med she was prescribing in detail, which I appreciated. All in all, it was a very productive doctor visit.

Circle Medical is building a unique, digital-first and patient-focused experience that makes quality care more accessible than ever. See a provider over video for cold and flu, nausea, sore throat, urinary tract infection (UTI), pink eye, ear pain or discomfort, rashes, insect bites, and more.
As a UCSF Health Affiliate, our exceptional doctors and healthcare providers are held to a higher quality standard and undergo an extensive vetting process.
Appointments take place using the HIPAA compliant Circle Medical app (available on iOS and Android) via secure video from the comfort of your home or workplace.
Experience modern healthcare with extended appointment availability and post-appointment care. After your appointment, your provider will send any prescriptions to your preferred pharmacy for pickup. Any lab order or blood work order will be sent to a local facility near you, and your results will be uploaded to the app automatically. If you need to, you can chat in at any time to connect with your doctor or care team. Lastly, if you need a referral to a specialty practice, Circle Medical has an expansive referral network that includes UCSF facilities.
Please note that as a virtual-first practice, Circle Medical does not offer services like imaging or x-rays.

After my pain being dismissed by other doctors, I booked an appointment with Circle Medical to see if anything could be done. I am so proud to say that I was heard by Dr.Shukla. She was an incredible listener, gave me a referral, gave me a note for a lab testing, and put in a request for medicine all in one visit. It was amazing. Very clear communicator with a game plan.
