She made everything so easy. She knew exactly what was going on and walked me through why things were happening the way they were. Because of this, Dr. Tiburcio provided solutions that seem to be spot on. Lastly, Dr. Tiburcio was simply very kind throughout the process, and that made everything much more comfortable.

This is the best doctor i've ever gone to.
We sat down, I explained my symptoms, and she told me what she thought it may be.
She asked me more questions about history with the symptoms or other possible symptoms I was seeing. She treated me effectively and made me feel like a person who she wanted to help.

Dr. Tiburcio was wonderful! I am so happy to find such a welcoming and friendly new Primary care doctor. I highly recommend going to her, she listened to my needs and concerns and didn’t judge or give a scripted response. Genuinely a wonderful experience for a first time visit!

The doctor is a very nice lady, caring. However, my appointment seemed rushed. Not thorough because she said she would give me a tetanus shot and she forgot to give me one. Her staff is rude! I sent in all my paperwork through Zocdoc and was told that I had to fill up all the paperwork all over again. I arrived at 815am as per the text from Zocdoc and I had hear a earful from her staff about being late. And when I called back because I realized I didn't have the details for where to go for the mammogram, the receptionist was short and didn't have enough information. If I were just dealing with the doctor, I would go back. But not going back because the staff is terrible!
