I enjoyed my visit. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, patient and listened to my needs. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns.
The appointment didn't feel rushed. I made the appointment to ask her about a health concern, hoping to find a primary care physician to see on a regular basis. I just moved to the area.
I found one. She is now my primary care physician.
I also appreciated the offices professionalism, they reached out to me an hour before my appointment to ask if I had questions about my appointment or the paperwork.

Would give no stars if able to! This Dr is the worst I’ve ever seen. Acts like she’s sending in your script and says she’s busy with another patient and still waiting for meds weeks later!! Very poor English, terrible communication, rude, has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life!!!

I had to call a few hours later to get my medication sent to the pharmacy because she forgot. Then, had to call again from the pharmacy because she still hadn't sent through the prescription and now I've been on the phone again the following day still trying to get a single prescription.
The last time I tried to call, I was told they would check and she hung up on me. I still don't have my medication 4 days later.

Maybe she wasn’t the doctor for me. I feel like my questions weren’t really answered, it was very quick and felt like we talked about nothing. She didn’t really hear out my concerns or reassure me. I’m 7 weeks pregnant and a first time mom and have no clue what’s normal or not, she just redirected me to get my labs done but she did not ask me anything except for am I bleeding, she didn’t pry further or calm my concerns at all, it frankly felt like a waste of money. Next time I’ll just go to my local clinic where at the very least they’ll actually ask me about my concerns.

My visits have been good. The wait time isn't long like other doctor's offices. They have a little trouble my information together. However, they can only do their best. The doctors and nurses are very kind. Plus, the atmosphere is very calming.
