He is very knowledgeable.
The front office staff was pretty rude.
Dr. Newman is a Dallas guy, born and raised. Very professional and personable. He even dropped a few jokes! He also has a machine that he uses in place of dialating eyes, it's a $40 upcharge, but worth every penny.

Absolutely great visit, I would recommend Dr. Newman any day. I left his office feeling very informed and relieved having gained insight
Dr. Newman and his team are all extremely nice and patient! And an even bigger bonus -- they don't do that stupid little puff of air thing! I thought I was just going for a prescription renewal, but left with some bad news about my eyesight. Dr. Newman was very reassuring and gave me peace of mind. I'm sure his office will be a great support system in the trials to come.
Five stars!
Verified patient
Disappointed that my visit was conducted by a physician I did not know. This is the second time I have gone to an appointment only to be seen by a new physician I did not know although Dr. Newman will visit at the end to ensure the physician did not overlook anything. If you enjoy the convenience of being close to the workplace and don't mind being unable to develop a good patient relationship with one physician, Dr. Newman works great. However if you take comfort in being seen by the same physician each time, this may not be the best place for you. Overall, Dr. Newman is a talented physician who is respected by his peers but due to his popularity and close proximity to the workplace, you may not receive the one on one attention you may be looking for.
Excellent.
Verified patient
The doctor was very nice and personable. My only issue was how long I had to wait. However they were very honest about the fact they were running late and apologetic.
Great experience as always
I was charged for things I was never told about. I also didn't like that they move you in and out of rooms multiple times, it was the weirdest eye appointment I've ever had.
Very knowledgable and thorough.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Newman for several years. We've recommended him to several friends. He met me at his office on a Saturday once to check my eye after an emergency treatment the day before. Great doctor!

Based on my first visit I think things went well. It takes time to see how things pan out before I can highly recommend anybody but based on my first visit I would definitely recommend.
Very pleased..
Dr. Newman and his office staff were great. They were prompt and saw me right away and were very helpful. His staff is very professional and they even cleaned and adjusted my current glasses without me even asking. Very pleased with their service.
