They recommend calling for an appointment because with my ZocDoc appointment they were running 1 hour behind. Kind of a bummer. Claudia was warm and friendly and I could tell she cares about her patients.

It was an uncomfortable environment. The waiting room seemed dark and dirty. There were a lot of people waiting to get seen. There were small roomies where patients were being seen but because it was so small you can hear every conversation in each room. It was uncomfortable. The receptionist told me I’d have to wait more than 40 minutes to see the Dr even though I had confirmed my appointment. She said at every doctors office no one gets seen at their actual appointment time. I told her I disagree. Every other place I’ve booked with Zocdoc was way more professional feeling.

Dr is always at least an hour late. she is nice and all but she has issues. staff is incompetent as always has been at that practice, although the staff is a little better than 2 years ago. if you don't have all day you can't go to this doctor.

She was unwilling to listen to anything I had to say. Asked a pre-written set of questions that she asks every patient. Cut me off in the middle of every sentence. Did not receive proper care. Definitely would not recommend. Stay away.

Arrived at appointment to a waiting room full of people, doctor was not yet in. It took 3 hours just to be seen only to be told that she disagreed with diagnosis I've had been taking medication for for over a decade. She observed me for about 39 seconds before making this assessment

Zocdoc appointments were booked ontop of other already booked ones. My appointment was booked an hour and a half before the doctor actually arrived in the office. Waiting room was full of twenty people booked ontop of one another. One big mess. Dr saw me for fifteen minutes, not even. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and listen to the reviewers, which I didn't do.
Only go if you want to wait two to three hours to be seen for ten minutes.

No one was there to even let us up into the office. When I finally got there. There was no staff. I was already uncomfortable. When a staff member came in she looked at us up and down. Did not even acknowledge us. You can hear everything going on in the session that was going over 15 mins my scheduled appointment time. They don't help you unless you speak their language. Which sounded like Russian or polish.

Dr. Lordache saw me for fifteen minutes and immediately dismissed the medication regimen I have had for seven years. I was looking for a new psychiatrist because I moved to the area recently. I have had countless assessments over the years with psychiatrists, behavioral therapists, neurologists, so on to get as many "second opinions" and figure out the best treatment with the least amount of harmful medications. She basically just said my condition was "over diagnosed" and I didn't need my meds. I did not waste thousands of dollars on assessments and brain scans in the past to be dismissed so quickly. Also, as someone who works in the psychological field myself, I know a thing or two about my condition. And I am very well aware of the benefits of my medications and the changes in my overall behavior and wellbeing when I'm on them compared to periods I have tried to go off of them or try other alternatives.

Dr. Iordache provides compassionate and effective psychiatric services for those in need. She has a wonderful personality and comes across in a very calming fashion which puts her clients at ease immediately. Dr. Iordache is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of psychiatry, and many different treatment plan, I would highly recommend her to anybody who needs effective psychiatric services.
