Probably the worst and unprofessional experience iv ever had.
They scheduled too many new patients in one day and were behind on new paperwork, causing over a two hour wait to see the doctor. People were furious and the receptionist was frustrating. She was very unprofessional, definitely the worst part. She was on her phone or picking at her nails the whole time, and never bothering to give full instructions or updates as to how long or why we were waiting. Her instructions were very unclear and she laughed at me for getting things wrong. Had to fill out the paperwork twice. When I finally got to see the doctor, she didn't even spend five minutes with me. She was difficult to communicate with and was clearly just rushing to get me out the door. I had a simple reason for the visit, but I felt like nothing was personalized or that I was thoroughly listened to. All this, and I was sent away never knowing what my prescription was or how to get it. I called again and the receptionist clearly had no idea what she was doing, so I gave up. Glad I moved away, finding a better doctor!
Very professional and knowledgable.
She was very rushed and just ran through a list of questions. The actual exam was less than a minute and there was zero discussion. I shared I was concerned about something and she didn't even test for it.
The service was meh. I felt like no one knew what was happening operationally and they were testing out a bunch of new systems and tools. The visit itself was so short and I left feeling like my questions were unresolved. It then took me forever to actually get the prescription because their systems didn't push it through, and getting a hold of someone via phone was annoyingly difficult. I also paid cash for my visit, but they claimed it wasn't in there system so I had to pay again.

I came here for my first pregnancy appointment and I could not believe that I had to wait over 90 minutes until I was even taken to an exam room, then additional time until the doctor came in. The room looked very unprofessional and VERY unclean!! It was outdated and looked like no sanitary standards were followed. The doctor was quiet and unhelpful. She doesn't allow men to be in the room during exams because SHE is not comfortable with them. She doesn't care what the PATIENT is most comfortable with. The receptionist is a nurse there so it's hard to get any information when she is gone since no one is at the front desk. They blamed scheduling delays on appointments made on zocdoc saying new patients take longer yet zocdoc asks if you are a new or existing patient. Avoid this place if you like a professional office with a caring doctor. Truly unprofessional and completely unsanitary!!!

Dr Rodriguez takes her time getting to you after check in, then rushes through your visit. I saw her twice due to nexplanon complications (my regular OB/Gyn) refused to remove it and would not prescibe medication for the complications. On the first visit, she prescribed Estradiol and some months later I returned to get it removed because the pills were not very effective. She came in, rushed through the removal procedure and told me to stick to one gynecologist though I had informed her about why I chose to see someone else(my regular gynecologist said that the insurance does not pay him for removal; I told her this and she responded: "Well, then, if they do not pay me, I will be billing you.". She did not explain what symptoms to expect after removal, nor did she give suggestions for another contraceptive method beyond, "go back to your other doctor and see what he says".

This was one of the most unprofessional appointments that I have ever had with a physician. I had to wait 1.45 hours before being seen by the physician. The woman at the front desk was missing for 30 min while I was there, consistently got information wrong, and was forgetful with the information that I shared with her. After a frustrating wait time, the doctor did not prescribe me the medicine that I had requested (even after showing her my former medication). I will not be going back.
The paperwork which I completed beforehand via Zocdoc didn't come through completely, and I was asked to fill out more paperwork, and I ended up seeing the doctor 30 minutes later. Not sure which side dropped the ball on that but the experience was frustrating.
It is very terrible. And what is worse is that they will put other patients' fee on your account. When I go there to make it clear, they pretend to be very busy with bad attitudes.
Absolutely horrible! Do not book an appointment with this office. I came in to get a prescription for birth control. I showed up early because I am a new patient and I knew there would be forms to fill out. My appointment was at 11:30. I was not seen by the doctor until at 12:15. When it was time to take my blood not one nurse or the doctor was capable of doing that. I will admit that my veins are difficult to find but I've never experienced this before. I ended up leaving after three hours with no blood drawn and no birth control prescription. Save yourself the time and aggravation.
Claudia is a fantastic and thorough physician. I highly recommend her, especially if you are nervous about visiting the OBYGN. I'm really glad I picked her and look forward to her continued care.

The wait was crazy long. I liked the doctor a lot, but I wish she had talked to me before writing my prescriptions. The types of treatments she prescribed are very unpleasant, and I know there are better alternatives that I would have preferred. Now I'm just going to not take any of it and hope my issue clears up on its own. I'd have been better off not going in at all.
Dra. Rodriguez and her team is very personable and knowledgable. She answered all of my questions and took the time to address my concerns thoroughly. She showed genuine care of my overall health and well-being. Dra. Rodriguez made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire check-up and explained every process along the way. I look forward to having her as my new Ob/Gyn and highly recommend her practice!

Most uncomfortable experience/Doctor's appt of my life! I arrived for my appt and sat in the waiting room for 45 mins, was put in a room and waited another 30 mins in a gown, finally doc arrives and does exam, tells me she "feels something and I need an ultrasound" and then says I'll be right back and the receptionist comes in and sets up the ultrasound machine asking me for all my personal info after I just provided this over and over on 3 diff forms. Then I sit and wait alone another 15 mins. After 2 hours, Doc does an ultrasound and does a horrible job explaining to me whats really wrong with me other than recommending me for a CT Scan. I'm def getting a second opinion that I understand and not going back here for a follow-up. I felt rushed and not cared for at all.
Plan is moving right along!

I waited forever to actually see Claudia, then when I finally did she was only in the room with me for 5 minutes tops. She clearly did not care about helping work out my problems finding a birth control, she just wanted to make a profit.

She is amazing ????

Waited 45 minutes before I was called into the room where the nurse took my vitals, which is not surprising when the doctor shows up 15 minutes before your appointment time and at least two others are waiting before you. I had to sit in nothing but a tiny paper t-shirt and a paper over my lap for 40 minutes before I was seen by the doctor (an hour and a half after my appointment time). The office did not look clean as I saw dust and hair on the floor. The doctor was friendly, but hard to judge when she spends a total of 10-15 minutes with you.
One of the best doctors I have seen in Chicago. Dra. Rodriguez doesnt rush like other doctors I have seen (and I have seen many). She takes her time to review my case and doesn't leave any doubt in my mind that everything needed to be done is done. ML

I brought my 17 year old daughter here for her first gyn appointment. She is allergic to latex and cannot take hormones. When she asked about getting an IUD, the doctor told her that she doesn't give IUDs to teenagers because they will go out and sleep with a bunch of people and get an STD. This isn't a responsible or ethical way to treat someone who is coming to you in a responsible way to discuss their health. When my daughter came out of the office and told me what she said, I wasn't happy. I discussed it with the doctor and told her we weren't a good fit because she was being a responsible kid and we left. I was billed for the appointment (which is fine) but was also billed for a pelvic exam that my daughter didn't have, an alcohol abuse screening, a depression screening, two std screenings, and some other tests that were not authorized. I've never given a bad review to anyone, but in this case, I want to ensure that teens or adults that are looking for a gyn go somewhere else.

She was very nice and helped with my concerns.
I completed the check-in paperwork online prior to my appointment, assuming it would save time during my office visit because I was taking time off work for this visit. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time, which was at 2pm and I didn't see the doctor until 3:30pm. I waited in the waiting area for an hour and then another 30 minutes in the exam room sitting in a paper robe. The office was humid with no air flow which may have been due to the A/C being broken or shut off that day. The bathroom floor was wet, as if the toilet was leaking, which made it difficult to keep my pant legs from getting wet while using the facilities. Dr. Rodriguez is professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to; however, it's 5 days later and I still haven't received follow up correspondence regarding treatment. It may be difficult to schedule an immediate appointment. You may have to wait over an hour during your visit and wait more than 5 days for lab results/treatment but the staff is friendly and they have free parking in front of their building.
She always listens and addresses my concerns

I wish the nurse who first saw me had talked me through what she was doing and what was going on a bit more while she took my vitals, asked me questions and invited a nurse practitioner in without really explaining why he was there and what was happening next (such as, we'll leave the room so you can change and the Doctor will be back in in about 15 minutes). The Doctor was much more communicative, however.

She's always very knowledge, kind and warm. She explained my plan of treatment and answered all my questions. She made me feel comfortable. She's a great Doctor. Definitely I will recommend her! :)

The wait time is horrible! Don't plan to be seen right away or even a few minutes after. I wasn't seen till an hour after my appointment time and the office didn't even look busy at all.
