I didn't wish to have a female doctor at all. That's why I booked a man. I was extremely uncomfortable at this office. The females were in my personal business too much. I didn't like the EKG the young lady was a little too touchy and happy to be touching me. I was extremely uncomfortable and I don't ever want to deal with that anymore. I am a straight woman and I don't like female doctors due to previous experiences. Then I said I had bad decongestant and nothing was given for that.

I was under the impression I had a dermatology appointment, when I showed up they told me it’s only a PCP and urgent care office. Then I was told my insurance was inactive(it’s not, I called). I left without being seen because I was misled by ZocDoc.

I have a rash, provider diagnosed without seeing the rash. Cream
and powder have done nothing to abate the rash. Going to have to go to a different doctor to be seen in person.
