I loved Dr. Mcmorris, but the office staff and wait time would likely prevent me from returning.
I showed up even earlier than they had asked, but had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment time to finally get called back.

My visit went well. The doctor was very professional. I thought it would have been slightly different due to my reasoning for the visit but what prescribed is working.

Was seen 30 minutes after my appt time. However, will definitely return to this doctor in the future. They also called to reschedule my appointment because apparently they only accept new patients at certain times.

His staff is very unprofessional and unaccomodating. I used his office multiple times because I was new to Houston and didn't know another doctor to go to. Everytime I went I hoped that I wouldn't have to wait over 60 min--no such luck. He doesn't return calls in a timely manner (2-3) days, you can't get prescription refills unless you go see him so that he can get a co-pay out of you. I could go on and on but the point I'm trying to convey is that I will never use Dr. McMorris' office ever again. One more thing, you should google "Dr. Clyde McMorris" + "Houston, Tx", some very interesting things will come up...

Although Dr. Mcmorris was very personable and professional I was kept waiting almost 45 minutes, and they required that I pay the full amount upfront even though I have excellent insurance and am only required to pay a co-pay of 20%. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the "receipt", which was a handwritten on a telephone message type pad - very unprofessional.
