I was so pleased with my appointment. I think it's the first time I've been to a dermatologist in years where they haven't been trying to sell some kind of cosmetic procedure. She listened to my concerns, and didn't try to rush me.
Dr Chung is friendly, personable, and patient. She carefully listened to my issues (precancerous growths), answered my questions, and gave me the attention I needed. I'd totally recommend her to anyone needing a good dermatologist.

Dr. Chung was amazing, highly recommend. (And I've seen a lot of dermatologists so I'm pretty particular).
Helpful & collaberative. I felt Dr. Chung & Gillen spent time speaking with me.
Quick & professional, very thorough. I'm very happy.
I was so pleased with my appointment. I think it's the first time I've been to a dermatologist in years where they haven't been trying to sell some kind of cosmetic procedure. She listened to my concerns, and didn't try to rush me.
I was not explined what could my diagnosis look like and was sent straight to the biopsy without even indicating is this just a measure to confirm 100% or am I being sent because Things don't look good. With already some bad history in the family, I walked out crying. When questioned what can I do to address the cause of my scalp irritation being harsh water (and I see the difference when I travel), the answer I got "I am not a plumber" (I prompted again if there were any water softner filters that the doctor may be aware of, but the response was talk to your water company. Maybe ask them to treat my dry scalp too?
Dr Chung is friendly, personable, and patient. She carefully listened to my issues (precancerous growths), answered my questions, and gave me the attention I needed. I'd totally recommend her to anyone needing a good dermatologist.

Dr. Chen was very informative and offered alternatives to my perceived condition. She also gave me a comfort level of what might be the cause of my outbreaks. She offered follow-up visits.
