This was the worst. The receptionist told me that the doctor won't be in until 2:30. When I had an appointment for 2:00pm. Then she told me that the doctor said he told me to come in at 1:30 because he had to do something. Even though I was never told that, how can he tell someone to come in at 1:30pm if he plans to come in at 2:30. That's trash. She didn't even know my name. How does the doctor know who he told what when he doesn't even know my name. Very unprofessional. The receptionist acted like she didn't even know what zocdoc was. I've never seen something so foolish in my life. A waste of time.

Individual did not have gloves on while checking my husband's testicles (TMI but what's a review without the real?) individual did not have soap or hand sanitizer in his office my husband noticed the hand soap empty so asked if he had hand sanitizer and
Doc said no.... my husband was pretty disturbed when he got home.
