What I enjoy the most in practice is the opportunity to develop long term relationships with my patients and provide them with access to information and guidance to live fulfilled healthy lives. I strive to hear the concerns of my patients and develop plans that they feel excited about to help manage their different life stages. Whether it is managing the turmoil of adolescence, the joys or fears of obstetrics, or the transition into menopause, I want patients to feel comfortable asking the tough questions.
I have practiced medicine both on the East Coast, in Boston, and now back home in Minnesota where my family lives. I am a working mother of three children. We recently welcomed two new joys into our lives with the birth of twins in 2010. My free time is spent watching them grow and trying to capture these little smiles and laughs on camera. As a family, we love to spend time at the lakes in the summer, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and visiting our Texan relatives.
