I only booked with her because my doctor was booked too far out. She didn't seem interested in what I was saying or seem to even care about my concerns. My doctor is really friendly, sympathetic and listens. Dr. Browne seemed to just want to get me out of the room. Very disappointed. I will wait for appointments to open up with my doctor in the future.

Though my actual appointment and time spent with Dr. Browne and her nurse were fantastic, my experience checking in with the front office staff was not.
Since I was visiting the office for the first time (new patient), upon entry I wasn't sure which side of the clerical divider I should wait at to be helped. I chose the right side and witnessed to patients on the left who entered the office after me receive help from the desk clerks before me - not one desk clerk even acknowledged me or suggested I should go wait on the left. Once I "corrected" and walked over to the left side I was finally helped. No complaints about this desk clerk, but do want to mention she was cold, not friendly. I was given new patient paperwork to complete; once I had completed it I again went to wait at the left side of the clerical divider to turn in my paperwork to a desk clerk, as I assumed I should turn it in after completing. A different desk clerk helped me this time - she looked at me like I was insane and rude for bringing her this new patient paperwork. She was very, very cold to me.
I sat in the waiting room feeling like a criminal and that I had done something wrong - I had not. I dreaded stopping back by these desk clerks to schedule my follow-up appointment, and sure enough - was treated coldly. I was even given a dirty look by this desk clerk for scheduling my next apt less than a year out - she had NO idea what I was seeing Dr. Browne for, so how dare she pass judgment.
I would like to stay with Dr. Browne but I will be calling to request my appointment be moved to a different location, if possible.
