Courtney is punctual and professional. I was recommended to her from a friend of mine who had found success with her. She takes her job very seriously and its evident with the amount of information and studies she provides me each appointment. She's not only motivating but seems like she truly cares about the success I make and that says more about her than a lot of other professionals I've dealt with. I'm impressed with how well she pays attention to all the details with my health plans/goals and how she's able to do so balancing so many clients. I'lll continue to use her services and look forward to introducing her to many other friends of mine who I know should have equal success. Thanks for all your help so far Courtney!

Courtney is very knowledgeable and you can tell she actually cares for her clients and their progress. I was truly blown away with the amount of information she was able to help me understand and then apply to my diet. She created an individualized meal plan that fit my lifestyle so it was realistic to attain. Highly recommend giving her a try!

I’ve been working with Courtney for a few weeks now. In simple terms, she’s changed my life. Really, I should be saying, she saved my life. It’s only been maybe a month or a little more and I’ve lost over 11 pounds. (I worked out and have tried every diet plan known to man and only gained, prior to Courtney) Before I met Courtney, I was ready to just completely give up. I couldn’t live in the constant aches and pains I felt, the swollen joints, the steady weight gain, I literally felt like I was crazy. Doctor after doctor telling me I was fine and that the weight gain was solely my fault and I must be lying about my diet. Courtney assured me on our first appointment that it was not my fault, I was not crazy and went over my lab results and thoroughly educated me on how severe my hypothyroid was. She then, again, thoroughly taught me why my thyroid function was important and how I can heal my body by simply feeding my body the right foods. I’m 33 years old and I’ve known for 15 years that I have a hypothyroid. But never, NEVER has a dr explained to me the importance. Or suggest that I should eliminate certain things from my diet. Courtney took her time getting to know what would work for me and what wouldn’t and she wrote me a doable custom meal plan that literally changed me. In one week I had energy I had not felt in YEARS! It didn’t hurt to walk to the bathroom in the mornings. I felt like I was living. Before I met Courtney, I felt like I was simply existing. Now I feel alive. As dramatic as this all sounds, it’s very real for me and I will follow Courtney and her advice until the very end. She has been so caring, so empathetic to what I’ve been going through. She is easy to work with, she works around my crazy life and schedule. She’s just truly a great person and her skill sets are unmatched. Trust me, I’ve been to at least a dozen specialist and drs. They do not compare to Courtney.

Courtney is amazing! She is super knowledgeable and helpful on all things nutrition. She has given me a ton of information, ideas, recipes to set myself up to meet goals we came up with together. I would highly recommend a visit with Courtney!

I have been working with Courtney for about 6 months now. I’ve already lost 29 pounds and my A1c dropped by 1.5%. Would highly recommend her if you are looking to get healthier without a strict diet!
