Courtney was able to make me feel comfortable opening up to her, she listened to everything I had to say, she communicated in a clear and thoughtful manner. She was both professional and personable.
After having a miserable experience with someone (Dr on Demand) who didn't listen to me and made feel like he was belittling me, I was so nervous to try someone else. Courtney immediately had me feeling like she cares.
