I am Heather McClendon, APRN, PMHNP-BC - I work with all patients age 6 and up , providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, brief psychotherapy, and psychotropic medication management. Specialties include, but are not limited to; depression disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, sleep disorders, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia and more.

My focus
I enjoy working with clients off all ages and backgrounds. Generally, I work with clients age 6 and up. I provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, brief psychotherapy, and psychotropic medication management. My journey to mental healthcare
I have 20 + years in healthcare, working in a wide variety of settings including adolescents and geriatric psychiatry, addiction disorders and more. Working in the mental health field provides opportunities to give others life-changing support. I am driven to provide you the tools for change. I offer compassion, inspire hope, and teach the skills needed to overcome challenges.
