Courtney was very friendly and attentive. It was just my initial visit so I can’t comment on any type of results or treatment; however, I look forward to working with Courtney and regaining my former health. I have a follow up in one month so that is motivation for me to begin strength training and heavy weight lifting at my local gym. Courtney gave me several recommendations for apps I could use to help track my food. She also sent me an email outlining everything we discussed in my appointment as a record and follow up.

I was recently diagnosed with Celiac disease and she helped me greatly with understanding some of the ins and outs of the diet. She went over what I currently eat to identify where I could create more balance in my diet and recommended some supplementation to help me along. Very informative and a great nutritionist!
