Thank you for booking a session with Dr. T'Sarumi. You will receive a Treatment Agreement plan via email within 24 hours to confirm your appointment, and a credit card will be taken on this call—only used if you no-show at the time of the appointment or if this is your preferred method of payment. I am Dr. Tola T’Sarumi, but please call me Dr. Tola. I am a Board-certified Psychiatrist and Wellness Strategist. I completed my Doctor of Medicine at Xavier University School of Medicine in Aruba, followed by an internship and residency in Psychiatry at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Columbia University Medical Center. I also completed a Fellowship in Addiction Psychiatry at Harvard University, Mass General Brigham. Currently, I am an Addiction Psychiatrist at Mass General Brigham and Faculty of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. I’m very passionate about my assignment here on earth, and yes, I’m the doctor who believes that internal preservation is the best healing. My mission is to stop the stigma associated with suicide and addiction. People are hurting, and we should hurt with them. I want to promote compassion, love, and care toward each other and toward ourselves. We should first give the love that we so hunger for to ourselves and know that we are special, relevant, and that each of us has a story to tell. The only way to tell that story is to be alive to share it. I urge you to stay alive. Walk with me on this mission. You are NOT alone. You were never alone, and you will never be.

Did not even show for my first appointment, was left waiting for over 30 minutes. Second one was hardly listened to at all while the NP blabbed on about her family, kids, even shoe size while barely scraping the surface with me. Had to hound them about sending in my prescription for days after my appointment.
