So far, I had a great experience with Dr. Phillips. Her demeanor was very reassuring and extremely pleasant. She might have to send me to another doctor in the practice because my issue might not be her expertise but I appreciate the fact that she will run my tests first and follow up with me before she makes her recommendation.

Dr. Courtney K. Phillips is a Board Certified, fellowship trained urologist in minimally invasive urology and urologic oncology. Her scope of practice includes all urologic malignancies (kidney, bladder, prostate, testicular and ureteral cancers) as well as urologic stone disease and General Urology.
Dr. Phillips attended college at Princeton University and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology. She completed medical school at New Jersey Medical School (Newark, NJ) and then did her urology residency at New York University. Following residency she did sub-specialty training in Minimally Invasive Urology and Oncology New York Presbyterian (Columbia University campus).
She was on faculty as Assistant Professor and Residency Site Director at Mount Sinai for 10 years before taking a Vice Chair position at the Lehigh Valley Health Network. She returned to NYC in 2021 as Associate Program Director at Lenox Hill Hospital.
Dr. Phillips has multiple publications and was nominated for a Northwell Truly award in her first year at Lenox Hill. She is the first doctor in her family and feels strongly about making medical care about joint decision making and meeting patients “where they are”.

a very thorough physician. From my viewpoint, too stuck on protocols insisting that I do CT scan before addressing kidney stone issues and arguing for the benign nature of CT scans. I will continue to see her for my bladder stone. if I can edit this, I'll report on upcoming cystoscopy. She spent about an hour with me and wrote a very thorough report to my GP. For what it's worth, I believe that any patient doing due diligence- as they should- will always encounter conflicts with their physicians.

I went for a vasectomy consultation. Previously doctors have essentially laughed me away for being too young, but she truly listened and respected my reasons for wanting one, despite being uncomfortable with the idea of performing it. Ultimately she referred me to someone else with more experience in vasectomies, which many doctors would be too arrogant to do. I was incredibly impressed and appreciated how much respect and thought she put into my situation. Couldn't recommend more highly!

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Phillips. She was very easy to speak with, friendly, knowledgeable, and explained options clearly. She also made sure I was able to get an appointment with on of her colleagues in the office for next steps. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Phillips was amazing, the 4th urologist I went to and the only one who could tell me what was wrong. And immediately gave me a plan and solution to stop my pain after a year of discomfort. The staff worked together and went out of their way to ensure my comfort, I would recommend this office to any person who had my problem, no doctor's office is more considerate, compassionate, & caring than this office.
