She was professional and genuinely interested in taking care of my mother in law who is 98 years old. I take her to all of her appointments. Sometimes doctors tend to be dismissive of elderly people and Courtney took time to make sure she understood what she was going to do. Talking directly to her and not to me. With someone her age it's important to be included. I liked her and her committment to doing a really good job.

She is always very professional, helpful and patient. She worked many long hours with me to get my ear mold done correctly so it didn't hurt my ear, and we finally got it perfected.
