Excellent Service !! Been patient since 2001. Dr is very clam and humble person who makes every efforts to understands patient's issues, ailment. Provide possible medical reason for the cause without creating fear/anxiety. Always referback in patient's past medical history to understand the change in trend (Lab reports), keeping in mind of Family history and Ethnic background. Believes in preventive measure, prescribes regular exercises & positive attitude to enjoy life even while going thru treatment. High regards for allowing patient to make the choice between self control methodology (diet, exercise etc) or opting for ready medication. Thank you very much for your care & dedication.

Friendly front office staff that is responsive and helpful. Instantly acknowledged me upon arrival and gave me printed instructions to access my online acct with the office and view my test results. The Dr. was on top of his game asalways. He has been our family doctor for about 25-28 years! He is very serious and always analyzing your chart, your history and listens intently as you discuss whatever malady brought you in. He is very good and diagnosing and identifying illness but will not hesitate to send you to a specialist if he deems it out of his expertise. Love this guy~ you will not find a better family physician anywhere!!!

Great visit. Great doctor. Honestly, just a busy man making sure all of patients are receiving quality care. Sometimes, and for sure in this case, it's worth the extra time. Thanks, Dr. Arumugham, for always being efficient, but also, present. Signed, A continuing patient.

It looks good to be seen by the attending doctor. Office looks good and the nurse who replaced the one who attended to me I more than 3 months ago is more careful and understanding when a sample of my throattissues were taken for the strep test. I suggest that self served paper cup of water be made available for patients waiting in the waiting room. There is no such thing in the office right now even when asked ... rarely absent in other dental or medical clinics.

I went through the visit with the Dr and was told a script was submitted. I learned later the script was never submitted and I was supposed to have blood drawn during the visit it never happened. I have to goback to have my blood drawn. I think it will help to have a check system in place.

First matter is not about the Dr who may not be aware of challenges patients face when asking for a valid appt time: 1]getting an appt was very challenging! I scheduled one @2pm but had to change later from 2pm to4pm. Clinic opens till 5pm. I'd to talk to lady ofc mgr that I could be seen, maybe @3:30pm or 4 or 4:30pm... was told would be closed then; had to convince 1]nurse and 2] ofc mgr who took my call [7/12/17] for 7 mins that I could be seen as clinic ofc bears the signboard notice that ofc hours are till 5pm! It was not about whether Dr or his ofc mgr decision to close early for whatever reason[s] e.g. absentism of ofc receptionist [I heard from ofc nurse that day] but about the Dr's ofc clinic official time for patients to be seen and the ofc was open then at about 2pm when I called in to reschedule. Turning away patient[s] in this matter is a]not appropriate; b] unprofessional when the clinic was still operating; and c]time requested wasn't taken up by any other patient[s] and d] time was still valid for patients to request to be treated [unless patients were still waiting to be seen and time consumed would be used till 5pm]. 2] nurse was impatient and unprofessional when taking a throat swab deep inside my throat. I requested to sit on a chair rather than on the high bed cos I was scared of sth foreign poking into my throat with tongue stretched out. She challenged me why, 'What are you scared of? !!!' Anger vented with body languages-big eyes starring, disapproval look and a stern voice! 'Well, you could poke thru me and I am scared of any foreign thing poking in' I replied truthfully. A few attempts were made which was vey scary and uncomfortable but finally nurse got it [with me on a chair] with anger venting out of her, swirling the cotton swap round and round deep inside throat [at least 3 times before stick swap was taken out - venting her frustration & anger at poor me!]. Not enough anger shown yet: ' Have you got the sample yet' I asked after saying 'OmGod, it hurts!' She ignored me completely and marched out of the ofc. Dr Aru must be questioned: how can this happen????' I related matter #2 to Dr Aru when he walked in after the results of my throat tissues were analysed and results known. What an experience! What a day to be treated at the clinic!!!!

I think that they need regular needles to draw blood. The butterfly needles don't go very deep. I had to go to Lab Corp for blood draw, and they were very quick to find a vein.
