He was a great Doctor. I liked him very much. He was knowledgable and gave me some very good information regarding my health. The only problem was that he could not treat me because he was an urgent care doctor not able to be my PCP.

Dr. Craig Jorgenson is an internal medicine physician who, along with Dr. Govind Koka, serves as co-owner and co-medical director to Advanced Urgent Care & Primary Care.Dr. Jorgenson received his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of California in Irvine, and later received his M.D. from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. Dr. Jorgenson is extremely active in our local health care network and serves multiple roles in the Henderson community. Dr. Jorgenson currently serves as Chief of Staff for Boulder City Hospital, as well as Medical Director for Odyssey Hospice, Mountain View Care Center at Boulder City, and the Nevada State Veterans Home at Boulder City. Dr. Jorgenson also serves as co-medical director for TLC Care Center in Henderson, and is a staff physician at Healthsouth of Henderson, Life Care Center of Paradise Valley, Delmar Gardens of Green Valley, and St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena & De Lima campuses.

He barely spoke with me and rushed me when I tried to explain my problems, his staff said I "shopped around for doctors" because I had been seen in the emergency room for different issues, had an OBGYN from when I had a baby, a dentist from my wisdom teeth removal, and because I changed primary care physicians due to bedside manner! They wouldn't prescribe me ibuprofen for my back and knee issues until I get and MRI, and in addition to my horrible experience, I was told about issues other people had with him where he was rude and accused them of being addicts as well. The front desk staff were a pleasure and very polite, but the triage nurse as well as assisting nurse were impolite, impersonal, and unnecessarily inconsiderate about my concerns with my treatment process

Made an appointment, did the online check in 10 hours before my appointment. I get there, wait an hour and 5 minutes before getting called back. The nurse looks like she's never seen a file before going over each piece of my information like I'm a crazy person. We wait another 25 minutes with my crying child before my husband asks when we're going to see the doctor and she says we're next. Dr David finally comes in the room for my exam, is there not even 2 full minutes and leaves to write the prescriptions. At no point was I told what was wrong with me, I had to guess but what he said during my exam. What is the point in making an appointment if I have to wait 2 hours before I'm able to leave to fill my prescription not knowing what my diagnosis is??

the nurse who treated me didnt listen to my concerns, told me everything i was feeling was normal,(its normal to be in pain?) and to make matters worse referred me to an orthopedic. when i called to ask why. all they said was it was recommended for me to make an appointment. and when i did the orthopedic didnt know why i was referred there to begin with since i had never broken a bone.

Dr. Jorgenson actually listened to me as I expressed my concerns and discussed my symptoms. I had been to several other doctors and none of them wanted to listen to me as a patient. They just assembly lined me, but that was not the case with Dr. Jorgenson.

Appointment at 3:15. At 4:00, I got called back for triage. At 4:30, the nurse was able to start with my procedure. Nurse was great. Doctor wasn't friendly and seemed like he didn't have time for anything.

the doctors office was great the doctors were great I do think that you need to improve your software because I filled out the software online for the forms and they did not receive them please see that an IT professional handle this matter so that when you send the forms.the office doesn't ask you to fill out the forms again it's not the office's fault its the docs I know you guys can handle itdoc doc give me a call you have the number on the form thanks again for all your help looking forward to talking to you

I made an 8 am app. The first time avail. If it is the first app why does it still take 30 to be seen?... There was no one there. Typical doctor office. 30 min behind before they open. Ridiculous. I know a 30 min wait is not long, but it was the first app, not the middle of the day when they get behind because they overbook patients. Have some courtesy to us.
