“My husband had a contusion on his ear from jiu jitsu. We were looking for an ENT to drain it but couldn’t get in anywhere. We found this PA and she took him immediately. She drained his ear and stuffed it with gauze. The procedure was painless but the next day was a bit painful but not intolerable at all. She even returned my call for just insight into the healing process and was happy to hear his ear wasn’t bleeding. He is now fine and his ear is perfectly normal and soft still. No cauliflower ear!! She’s a highly capable, intelligent and caring PA. ”

I've been seeing Andrea for almost four years now and initially - she and her office were great. They answered the phone, good availability, and Andrea was readily available to listen to symptoms and experiences and work with you to advise solutions.
Over time, things have steeply declined. It started with a training student (I'm all for learning don't get me wrong) being presented as a full-fledged professional who could see patients on her own - untrue. I was repeatedly getting placed with this person without any upfront ask or notice and I had to ask for this to stop and to only be seen by the credential medical professionals.
Now, Andrea has evolved to a point where I honestly think she's burntout and should take a leave of absence. She no longer digs into what a patient is going through as a full, individualized experience, she disregards and dismisses not only symptoms but actual documented lab reports and the over-bearing failure: she refuses to treat patients anymore.
