Dr. Keathley grew up in Waco, Texas where he attended Baylor University graduating in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He attended medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and subsequently moved to Memphis for residency training at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.
After completing residency training in 2001, Dr. Keathley joined the faculty of the University of Tennessee. He served on the faculty for 3 years training young physicians to become specialists in obstetrics and gynecology. He left academic medicine to move back to Texas in 2004 landing in Tyler to join a large multi-specialty group practice. In 2008, he moved to Fort Worth to open his own solo practice in order to provide more personalized care that is sometimes lacking in larger group practices.
Dr. Keathley is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Dr. Keathley was married in 2003; he and his wife, Molly, have a daughter, Megan, who was born in 2007.
