“Not really. The Indian looking receptionist is not friendly. She does not even smile and does not make eye contact. First time I was charged for blood work, the same Health Insurance for 10 years. The receptionist told me I can do blood work somewhere else, sarcastically. Dr. Vu is awesome.”

He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Medical City Arlington and is board certified in Internal Medicine. My experience was very disappointing. The office staff were not friendly and barely made eye contact during my visit. It also felt like they were in a hurry to get me out the door rather than taking the time to provide quality patient care.
My primary care doctor also did not seem to take the concerns I brought up seriously. Instead of discussing them or exploring possible causes, my concerns were brushed aside, and I was left feeling like I was simply expected to accept what I was experiencing.
Based on my experience, I will not be returning to this office. In my personal opinion, both the office staff and the primary care doctor lacked the professionalism, attentiveness, and patient-centered care I expect from a healthcare provider.

I appreciate the availability, being able to schedule a last minute appointment; I don’t like being pushed aside while he tends to his colleagues patients. That colleague could’ve been transparent with his patients and rescheduled. I was called before my appointment to confirm. They could’ve mentioned it then. I wasn’t greeted at the counter, and I was sent home with no reassurance to reschedule

The doctor is a blessing, honest and doesn't seem like they want to drain my wallet unlike other medical centers or physicians. I highly recommend them. They're very kind, clean and well-trained. They work with me on whatever it is I need. I thank God for them being an answer to my prayers for help.

The doctor and staff were friendly, kind and genuine. The place was clean and quiet. Good atmosphere. I enjoyed talking about my health and getting information about follow-up appointments that could keep me up to date with treatments/ vaccines. There was a professional atmosphere and it was comfortable. The doctor was quick in figuring out my symptoms didn't require any expensive tests and deduced that I only had really bad allergies! I didn't feel like I was a pocket book for once, but a patient.
